Kinny Rhymez recently up-close the reason why he is not performing on campus for low or half price anymore.
According to the sensational upcoming musician kinny Rhymez, said it on air during his radio tour in the upper west Region,that: `Am not ready to perform for low price or even half because the Entertainment committee chairperson and his deputy disappointed me and my fellow Artiste on campus last trimester during the Akwaaba Night.`
In University For Development Studies campus,the entertainment committee chairperson and co think Artiste performing during SRC week is a plus or an advantage to expose his/her career to the student populace,but the problem here is Why do you put campus artiste payment on your budget?
In other Universities for instance they pay campus artiste as budgeted and even nominate them during the awards without picking any forms but not in UDS and the question here is, why not UDS?
Am kinny Rhymez and this is my answer to your questions(because the entertainment committee members are corrupt and all they know is,its our term of office so lets chop and go).
And with this act it will not help build our entertainment industry as compare to other universities in this country.
The nomination forms should be free because we have already paid for it,through our SRC dues and also pay Student Artiste as budgeted or you guys will do the performance.
